• Use our Services to engage in hacking, phishing, spamming or any other form of cyber attack on us or others;
• Manipulate any aspect of the Services (including but not limited to: betting outcomes, game results or financial transactions);
• Make false statements or submit untrue information when registering with Coral.

We shall manage your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, a copy of which can be found on Coral at all times. By accessing or using the Services, you consent to us collecting and processing such data.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS

However, we shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you due to our failure in this regard (except where such failure is attributable to a breach by us of these Terms and Conditions).

7. CLAIMS AGAINST US

You will have no claim against Coral arising from:

• Any loss or damage resulting from your own error, omission, misjudgement or negligence;
• The use of any betting market or game which we do not operate ourselves (unless specifically stated otherwise on our site);
• Your failure to understand the workings of any market or game.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend access to Coral at any time without giving you prior notice:

• If there is a reasonable suspicion that you have engaged in fraudulent activity;
• If we believe it necessary for security reasons or because of a technical problem on our website which prevents proper functioning.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION

You agree to submit disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions, the use of Coral and/or any breach of contract by you or us (other than those covered under the relevant governing legislation), to arbitration in accordance with our dispute resolution procedures set out on our website.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws applicable. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration (with a governing law determined accordingly) or, at our election, in the courts where we are located.

11. AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES TO SERVICES

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw any aspect of Coral and/or its Services without prior notice:

• If there is a change in circumstances beyond our control;
• Where an update to legislation requires us to modify these Terms and Conditions or make other changes; or
• For technical reasons which we cannot avoid.

All rights not specifically given are reserved. By accessing Coral you acknowledge that the copyright, trade marks and all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to patents) in our Services belong exclusively to us.

13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We reserve the right at any time without giving notice:

• To suspend access to an account; or
• Permanently close your account due to:
  • Multiple breaches of these Terms and Conditions;
  • Repeated warnings for non-compliance with our policies.
